I'm really fond of this item. The only issue I ran into was with the handle. It snapped just a few minutes after I took it out of the packaging. Had to fix it on my own.

Despite the effort to fulfill my order, the item I requested didn’t make it to me. FedEx sent it back to Coolhorse. This isn’t Coolhorse’s fault, given the awful weather that messed with power and shipping. I’ve been told my order will be sent out again as soon as they can, so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out before I can really say much about my experience.

They were super helpful with my inquiries about a couple of saddles I was eyeing. I ended up choosing just one😊. Not too familiar with the brand, but the photos looked great. True to their word, the saddle from cool horse is well constructed with high-quality leather. I really like how I fit in it, but the weather in California has made it tough to ride more, so I've got one more week to ensure it suits my horse well. That was a big selling point for me, a 2-week trial period with a full refund if it doesn’t work out🐴. The saddle also arrived pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend cool horse for your next saddle purchase😁.

I didn’t get the scale I ordered. I reached out to customer support, and they suggested I check with my neighbor first since the US postal service had marked it as delivered. They wanted to ensure I wasn’t making a false claim.

When they sent out the scale, they didn’t give me a tracking number like other companies usually do. Now that the product is missing, they’re trying to pin the blame on me instead of sending a replacement.

These aluminum bridle hooks for trailers are great! Shipping was super quick, and I'm definitely gonna buy from this seller again.
